Privacy Policy

This policy describes what information is collected when you visit yaranex.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. Yaranex is a pre-launch product, and this website is an informational marketing site. We have tried to keep both the site and this policy as simple as possible.
What we collect
We collect very little, and we collect nothing that identifies you unless you choose to contact us.
- Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices, and does not track you across other websites. It gives us aggregate information such as page views, referrers, country-level location, and browser type. We cannot use it to identify individual visitors.
- Email correspondence. If you email us at
hello@yaranex.com, for example to request early access, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and the contents of your message.
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or cross-site tracking scripts. Our hosting and content delivery providers may process technical data such as IP addresses transiently in server logs as part of serving the site and protecting it from abuse.
How we use it
- Aggregate analytics help us understand which pages people read and where visitors come from, so we can improve the site.
- Email correspondence is used to reply to you, to follow up on early access and design partner conversations you have asked about, and to keep a record of those conversations.
We will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for, and we send email only in the context of a conversation you started or a request you made.
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone.
- We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
- We do not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels on this site.
We share information only with the service providers needed to operate the site and our email, such as our hosting, analytics, and email providers, and only for that purpose, or if we are legally required to do so.
Retention
Analytics data exists only in aggregate form and is retained under Cloudflare's standard retention for Web Analytics. Email correspondence is kept for as long as it is relevant to an ongoing or potential conversation about Yaranex. If you would like your correspondence deleted, tell us and we will delete it, unless we are required to keep it for a legal reason.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Since the only personal information we hold is email you have sent us, the simplest path is to email us and ask. We will respond to any reasonable request.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the effective date above. When Yaranex launches as a product, a separate and more detailed policy will cover the service itself.
