These terms govern your use of yaranex.com (the "Site"), operated by Yaranex, Inc. ("Yaranex", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About this Site
The Site is an informational website for Yaranex, a webhook delivery product that is currently pre-launch. Content on the Site, including product descriptions, planned features, and pricing, describes what we are building and intend to offer. It is provided for information only, may change without notice, and does not constitute an offer, a service agreement, or a commitment to deliver any particular feature. Use of any future Yaranex service will be governed by a separate agreement.
2. Acceptable use
You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to disrupt or interfere with the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape the Site in a way that burdens it, or use the Site to transmit anything unlawful or harmful.

The Site may link to third-party websites or rely on third-party services, such as font and analytics providers. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Links do not imply endorsement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
